1. Members

• "User" is defined as a member or non member of who visit Cambodia-Tourism.org We encourage members to describe their experiences from Buying, Selling, Classified, Local Business Directory
• Member allows to submit Classified, Business related content to Cambodia-Tourism.org through member's page, Business Review, Classified, Directory.
• You can request membership termination anytime by modification of your personal information. Administrator will start immediate to process your request.

2. Deletion or Suspension of Membership:

1. Register and Offer false personal information when registering or User with many usernames.
2. Post any unlawful, threatening, abusive, slanderous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, nudity information of any kind.
3. Post any information, software or other material which contains a virus or other harmful component (bots, warm, torjan) or Warez Link or site that related to copyrighted photographs, text, video or artwork
4. Post any information which violates or infringes the rights of others, including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or derivative works or activities about illegal activities, in particular hacking, cracking or phreaking.
5. Solicit other users to join, become members of, or contribute money to any online service or other organization, advocate or attempt to get users to join in legal or illegal schemes, political situation or plan or participate in scams involving other users.
6. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your professional or other affiliation with any person or entity; (x) resell, redistribute, broadcast or transfer the information or use the information in a searchable, machine-readable database;
7. Use the Services to collect personally identifying information about users of the Services in violation of our Privacy Policy.
8. Post or transmit any information that against the Terms of Service and related laws of Cambodia.

3. Advertising:
For participation or business correspondence, promote business in Cambodia. Cambodia Tourism allows logo and the banner advertisements of our sponsors are displayed on our Members' Pages, Classified, and all other related contents. The personal profile information that you submit to Cambodia-Tourism.org remains your property, but by submitting that information to CG you grant CG the right to use that information for internal marketing to members and direct e-mail marketing by CG. We do not sell our member list.

4. Classified, Business Directory & Review
Cambodia-Tourism.org has all the right of all Classified topic, Business Directory and Review and posted by all users as long as there is no objection from author. All Forum Topics and Posts must be agree to forum rules and policy or law-related if not, Cambodia-Tourism.org has the right to delete, suspended from forum site.

5. Complaints:
Cambodia-Tourism.org reserve the right to monitor and investigate any complaints regarding any Content of CG members' pages, posting, business review, photo, memo, contact. or any chat room statements and to take the appropriate action if CG finds any violation of this User Agreement. Accordingly, you agree that CG will have the right to access your site at any time, without advance notice. If access to your site is restricted, whether by password or otherwise, you agree to provide CG with whatever information is required to access your site. In the case of any such complaint, CG reserves the right to remove the Content complained of while the CG member and the complaining party attempt to resolve their dispute.

6. We are not responsible for Content posted by members:
Cambodia-Tourism.org is not responsible for the Content posted by members or visitors on any area of our site including without limitation, classified,  Business Review. The opinions and views expressed by CG's members or visitors do not necessarily represent those of CG. If you believe that any of the Content posted by our members or visitors violates your proprietary rights, including copyrights, please contact our Designated Agent to Receive Notification of Claimed Infringement identified below.

7. Cambodia Tourism's Responsibility:
Cambodia-Tourism.org provide all service in accordance with law of Cambodia and term of service. CG provide service in order to promote business in Cambodia. Cambodia-Tourism.org do not provide user email address for commercial purpose or send with consent. Cambodia-Tourism.org will take responsibility for any loss caused by purpose action.

8. Member's Responsibility:

• You are solely and fully responsible for any Content that you post on any area of our site. You understand that CG has no obligation to monitor the Services, or any other use by members of the Services.
• Register and provide false information to Cambodia-Tourism.org
• Use Cambodia-Tourism.org for illegal activity.
• Violation of third party human right or intellectual properties copyright The site
• Post or Transmit information such as text, images, multimedia which is contrary to public order and moral
• Any behavior judged as crime activities.

9. Partner Third Party Website:
Cambodia-Tourism.org may contain hyperlinks to Web sites operated by parties other than CG. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. CG does not control such Web sites and is not responsible for their contents. CT's inclusion of hyperlinks to such Web sites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such Web sites or any association with their operators.

10. Disclaimer / Warranties:
Your use of Cambodia-Tourism.org's Services are at your sole risk. All CG Services, including travel packages sold on CG Vacations, are provided on an "AS IS" basis WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this exclusion may not apply to you in full.

11. Limitation of Liability:
Cambodia-Tourism.org makes no guarantee of availability of Services and reserve the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of the Cambodia-Tourism.org Services.

12. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cambodia-Tourism.org, Cambodia Tourism Vacations, their affiliates, partners, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses.

13. Trademarks:
"Cambodia Gateway", "Cambodia-Tourism.org", and the Cambodia Gateway logo are trademarks of Cambodia-Tourism.org, and all other trademarks, Services marks and trade names used on the Services are the property of their respective owners, and all of the above trademarks may not be copied, downloaded or otherwise exploited without the permission of Cambodia-Tourism.org, or the owner of such trademark, service mark or trade name.
